He utilizes a high leg kick while displaying long arm action from a high-3/4 arm slot. His upper-70s slider shows late break. Stobert also mixed in a change at 72-73 mph with some arm-side run, but has a tendency to slow down his arm action with the pitch. Demonstrated good body control and athleticism from the third base position. He showed some first step quickness and plays through the baseball. Reached a top velocity of 78 mph across the infield. At the plate, the right-handed hitter has a tendency to bar in his load. Lands closed. Will improve power as lower half is corrected and hips can fully rotate. Slight uppercut path. Obvious strength in his hands. Top exit velocity of 82 mph. Ran a 4.62 home to first.
