6/6/17
A right-handed pitching prospect in the 2018 class. Arm works through a high-¾ slot. Arm is loose with above average arm speed. Fastball showed slight run at times sitting 80-82 mph. Spins a breaking ball that has some depth to it with enough movement to miss bats at 70-72 mph. Was effecting when his fastball was in the zone to setup his breaking ball.

2/15/17
On the mound the right-hander has a fluid tempo to his repeatable delivery. Generates efficient energy to home plate with his lower half. Arm works well through a high-¾ slot. Arm has definite quickness to it. Every offering he showed had substantial movement. His fastball showed heavy run and sink at times while sitting 79-81 mph. Slider showed very good depth with sharp action across the plate at 70-71. Has the ability to use the pitch start the ball on the plate and break it off as well as start it off and break it on. Also showed feel for a changeup that had late fade to it at 76-77 mph. Starts in an open setup at the plate. Uses a small leg lift and controlled stride to get back to even. His vertical barrel placement creates solid whip and barrel direction. A contact type hitter at this stage, with obvious quickness to his bat.  Was at his best when he worked the middle to away part of the field. A mechanically efficient infielder that has obvious feel for the position. Creates solid angles with his footwork prior to fielding and plays through efficiently. Glove skills are impressive. Top defensive infielder we saw at the workout.

7/28/15
5-foot-11, 165-pound projectable frame. Right-handed hitter that starts open and gets to even. Has an easy leg kick to load with a short, compact swing that stays flat thru the zone. Registered top exit velocity of 74 mph off a tee and was 4.44 down the line. At shortstop he shows good range for his age. Clean transfer and tends to wind up on his throws. From a high-3/4 slot arm action he showed 74 mph velocity across the diamond. On the mound he has a compact delivery that he is able to repeat and is on line at foot strike. Throws from a high-3/4 slot with fastball sitting 74-75 mph. Throws two different breaking balls. Curveball has decent shape at 65-67 mph and throws a slider with later break at 68-70 mph. Showcased a solid changeup with good arm speed at 70-72 mph.
2/16/15
5-foot-10, 155-pound skinny, projectable frame. From the infield he does a good job fielding the baseball out front with this hands. Shows pretty good footwork playing through the baseball most of the time. Uses a clean arm action that produced a top velocity of 70 mph across the infield. Right-handed that starts open and gets to even. Tendency to dip back shoulder with an uphill swing and 74 mph exit velocity off a tee. Ran 8.09-60. On the mound the righty shows some effort in his delivery and lands closed at foot strike. From a long, loose, ¾ slot his fastball sits 73-74 mph. Showed two different kinds of breaking balls.
