6/6/17
A right-handed pitching prospect in the 2018 class. A side arm guy that looks very comfortable from the slot. Arm has some life to it with well above average arm speed. Features a very good fastball/slider combo. Pitches at 80-81 mph with the fastball that has solid arm side run and sink. Slider is tight with depth as it moves across the plate at 74-75 mph. Also showed feel for a change-up that had similar run and sink to his fastball.

1/22/17
6-foot-2, 230-pound prospect. A right-hander that works exclusively from the stretch.  Throws from a low 3/4 to side arm slot and has feel for the arm angle.  Fastball had impressive run and life to it, sitting 78-81 mph. Slider works well from arm slot with decent depth and sharp action at 68-70 mph. Also showed some feel for a changeup that had similar action to his fastball at 73-74 mph. Starts in a taller setup at the plate and uses an aggressive approach. Hands stay loose throughout loading sequence, producing noticeable barrel whip through the zone. Remains fluid while creating big time energy and juice. Showed power potential with the ability to drive the ball in the gap with authority. Well above average natural tools at the plate. Moves well off the bag at first base. Has obvious feel for the position. Glove skills are well above average.

6/7/16
A two-way prospect with a 6-foot-1, 218-pound strong frame. Starts in a balanced, athletic setup before efficiently loading his lower half. Bat gets through the zone with obvious strength on a slightly downhill path. Needs to stay through the ball as he has a tendency to pull off at contact. Had a top exit velocity of 93 mph and ran a 7.72 60-yard dash. At first base he is confidence in his glove and feel for the first base position. Will need to improve lateral mobility as he matures. Threw across the infield with 73 mph arm strength. Has made some changes to his delivery on the mound. Throws from a side arm slot. Lands on line at foot strike but falls heavily to the third base side. Fastball sat 76-78 mph with a little arm side run. Curveball sat 58-62 mph with gradual break. Changeup sat 70-73 mph.
