Fall '18: Projectable, 6-2, 160. Otis possesses a high level of athleticism. He has a solid combination of speed and quickness that reveals itself in the field as well as at the plate. Presently a line drive hitter with sneaky power it is easy to dream on future power production. Otis is a developing arm with a fastball that has been seen up to 96 this fall. The fastball generally ranges 88-91, with frequent flashes of 93. He also features a cutter and changeup which are both ahead of his breaking ball with regards to development.
