Southern California commit. Projectable, 6-foot-4, 185. Jefferson looks the part with an athletic build and long levers. His frame has tremendous room for growth. He has a high level of naturalness to his slightly cross body delivery.  The arm action is clean in movement with a touch of a wrap in his takeaway. Fastball has been up to 94.  The breaking ball has good shape and there is some feel for a changeup. Length and looseness in his body lend to some occasional command struggles.  Presently, he throws enough strikes and projects as front end of the rotation type starter.
