9/28/19

The 6-foot, 175 pound right-handed pitcher uses a slight pause and kick out with the stride that seems to mess with hitters timing. The arm is quick and clean. The fastball had late run on both sides of the plate at 76-79 mph. The change up was a good pitch at 73 mph. The action was late and the arm speed was good. The breaking ball was 59-61 mph and looks to still be a work in progress. The delivery is online and the arm works clean and fluid. The lift is repeated and athletic,  tempo of the delivery is solid. Good looking arm.

8/15/18

6-foot, 175-pound right-handed pitcher. The showing was all done out of the stretch. The feet are online and the slot is slightly above ¾ in height. The lift is a ¼ kick and he repeats it to the plate in direction and timing. The glove side comes across the hitters face as he makes his way into foot strike. The arm works very well and he has a chance to throw hard at some point. Needs to make sure he lets his arm decelerate as he has a bit of a recoil at release. The fastball touched 82 mph, minimal arm side run to the pitch. The spin pitch needs more fastball hand speed to it, as he is out and around during the arm path. The pitch sat a 65-66 mph. The changeup is a developing pitch, sitting at 71-72 mph.  Solid prospect based off what I saw.
