Santos is a 5-foot-11, 135 pound prospect. The left-handed hitting outfielder had an exit velocity of 75 mph off the tee. He hits out of a balanced, athletic stance with the hands pressed tight to the chest. He transfers the weight to the back leg using a leg lift and pushes the hands off the chest, into a good launch position. The bat-head works through the hitting zone on a direct, flat plane to and through contact.

Defensively, he was 74 mph on his throws from the outfield. The feet are light as he works to break down into a balanced fielding position. The glove is relaxed just off the front foot. He transitions well through the ground ball and into the throwing position. The feet create a direct line with the throwing target and he uses a long arm-swing. He finishes through the play and continues along the direct line with the target.

On the mound, the left-hander uses a slow, deliberate delivery to work down the mound. He stays balanced throughout and has good direction to home plate. The arm works out of a higher arm-slot, producing some run on a fastball that sat 69-77 mph. He showed two different breaking pitches. The first, a bigger, slower breaking ball that was 61-65 mph. The other was a tighter slider that sat 64-67 mph. He also showed the feel for a good change-up that sat 63-66 mph.
