3/31/18 Spring Scout Blog: Uncommitted junior lefty got the win on the mound Saturday against CG throwing 5 innings, giving up 5 Hs, 2 ER, and striking out 12 hitters. Breaking ball was plus pitch, showing 12/6 big shape dropping down into the zone at 66-67 making tough on RH and LH hitters. Filled up the strike zone with both FB and BB, showed good pitch IQ and feel for both pitches. Fastball had arm side run, missing RH bats, sitting 82-84 for majority of game. Changeup was thrown at 73. Loose arm and lanky frame, more strength and velo to come. Held runners with good athletic LH move to first base. Will continue to be high follow this spring, chance to win a lot of games.

2/17/18:  6-foot-2, 185 pound left-handed pitcher sat 81-82 with some late arm side run at times.  Overhead wind-up delivery with some rhythm.  Short, quick arm action. High 3/4 slot.  Breaking ball flashed depth in 1/7 shape at 67-69.  Change-up is thrown with stiff wrist, showing some arm side fade.  Good frame, controlled pace with feel for the strike zone.  Should see velocity bump in the spring.

9/16/17 PBR Fall Championships: Lanky 6-foot-2, 185 pounds, squared off against Frisch and flashed intriguing upside. He has a quick, loose arm, working out of a full wind-up with long limbs coming at hitters. He threw a high volume of strikes with a fastball at 82-85. He also throws a power slurve that had depth and late biting action.
