10/11/15: A 6-foot 165 pound left-handed pitcher showcase a short, quick arm action.  Fastball topped at 85 and sat 82-84 in game.  Rhythm is smooth and balance is good throughout delivery.  Breaking ball was 63-66 with 1/7 shape.  He threw both pitches effectively in and around the zone.  Offensively, Bailey has a balanced setup with a short bat path.  Exit velocity was 77mph.  He ran a 6.97 60 yd dash.

Summer 2015: Up to 85 with his fastball. 

12/7/14: 5-foot-10, 150 pounder was 80 mph from the OF and ran a 7.34-60.  Displayed average hands with fluid footwork.  Exchange is clean.  At the plate starts open, using a short stride.  Good balance throughout.  Showcased average bat speed with a short, level path to the ball.  Fluid rhythm throughout.  Needs to add strength.  Registered an exit velo of 81 mph.

PITCHING: 5-foot-10, 150 pound lefty pitches from a ¾ slot with average arm speed.  Long arm action.  Regular effort with some rhythm in the delivery.  Tendency to fall off towards 3B.  Fastball was heavy with some sink at 76-77.  10/4 breaking ball shows gradual movement at 60-62 but erratic in the zone; slows arm down.  Changeup was straight at 69-72 mph
