10/23/19 - The strong righty out of Tallahassee CC tapped into what could be a dominant repertoire, working both sides of the plate with a fastball in the low 90s, touching 92 mph, and a hard, darting slider dropping off the table with consistent command in the low 80s. Daniel uses strong legs and a thick backside to drive towards the plate allowing the arm to follow in a clean and efficient path.
10-9-2018: 6-foot-4, 240-pound right-handed pitcher, thick build, strength throughout frame. Drop and drive delivery, strides towards third, landing closed, finishes in an athletic position. Short arm action, high ¾ slot, cross-body, good rhythm. Fastball sat 87-89, missed barrels. Curveball, tight spin, 11/5 shape, 79-80.
