6-foot, 160-pound athletic frame. Recorded a time of 7.25 in the 60-yard dash. Advanced during batting practice, Silas had an exit velocity of 89 mph. Started in an athletic stance with a slow load, then used a leg kick. Bat speed was above average, had upward swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with tons of loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Above average while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 79 mph; shows sure hands, consistent feet, and a quick exchange. Glovework was used out front. Had an-over-the-top slot and a consistent arm action. One of many uncommitted talented middle infielders in the 2023 class across the state.

Started in a balanced stance with a smooth load, then used a controlled stride before his swing. Had upward swing plane, explosive bat speed and good extension on his finish. In the round he found multiple barrels. Gap to gap approach. In the infield, his best throw was recorded at 78 mph; shows sure hands, a quick exchange and rhythmic feet. Had an-over-the-top slot with a long arm action. Clocked a time of 7.4 in the 60-yard dash

Young ‘23 grad that starts with the hands set back in the stance from a slightly open stance. The front side is simple and he shows some present strength in the hands. He was very impressive with the finish of the swing staying on pitches with some middle of the field juice. The field worked well at SS and he showed really nice lateral range with the glove. No questions about the glove action and the arm also shows some strength for such a young player. The skills should continue to develop as he matures which makes him an interesting ‘23 to follow.
