Strong build at 6-foot, 200-pounds. Hands are strong with plenty of feel for his barrel working gap to gap. Bat speed topped at 85.10 mph on the Blast sensors. Several exit velocities over 95 mph recorded by Trackman. Barrel stays long through the zone out front. Arm topped at 74 mph from behind the plate.
Billy Amick, 3B, 2021
Clemson commit. Mature approach during BP, staying balanced and crushing balls through the middle of the field. Swing is loose with his barrel whipping through the zone. Has power to all fields with several balls recorded off his barrel over 100 mph. Bat speed recorded at 89.80 mph on the Blast sensors. Relaxed defender with feel for playing on the run. Arm strength present.
Matt Gonzalez, C, 2021
FIU commit. Athletic and loose in the box. Has pop to his pull side. Barrel is short to the ball and stays through the zone. Barreled balls to both gaps during BP. Has arm strength from behind the plate topping at 81 mph. 6-foot-1, 210-pound frame has projection ahead.
Troy McGirt, 1B/OF, 2021
Wake Forest commit. Balanced in the box with strength present. Launched balls through the middle during BP. Has lift to the swing path with his bat speed topping at 84 mph on the Blast sensors. Several balls off his barrel recorded over 100 mph.
JP Cunningham, OF/2B, 2022
Clemson commit. Athleticism shows in all areas of his game. Relaxed setup at the plate with a direct path to the ball. Hands are quick with feel for his barrel working through the middle of the field. Top arm velocity from the outfield on the day topping at 95 mph.
Matt Heavner, SS/OF, 2022
NC State commit. Balanced, compact swing. Uses a line drive approach, staying gap to gap. Consistently hits the ball on the barrel. Hands have strength and quickness. Relaxed defender with soft hands and above average actions.
Keegan Knutson, 3B/SS, 2022
South Carolina commit. Keeps his barrel inside the ball lining balls through the middle and to the opposite field gap. Hands are strong with some lift to the swing path. Has arm strength with his arm topping at 89 mph on the infield and 92 mph from the outfield.
Michael Pena, SS/2B, 2022
Smooth defender with soft hands and easy transitions. Calm in the box with a balanced swing and feel for his barrel working through the middle of the field. Hands have quickness and his barrel stays through the zone. Has comfort both offensively and defensively.
Jack Killelea, C/OF, 2022
Strong, sturdy build at 5-foot-10, 185-pounds. Drove balls through the middle of the field during BP. Hands are quick and strong. Bat speed topped at 79.70 mph on the Blast sensors. Quick transfers behind the plate with his arm topping at 77 mph.
Evan Stone, SS/OF, 2021
Athletic build at 6-foot, 175-pounds. Hands are quick with a direct barrel path to the ball. Consistently hit the ball on the barrel working through the middle. Bat speed reached 83.80 mph on the Blast sensors. Barrel gets extension out front making plenty of hard contact. Arm topped at 88 mph during infield work.
Stewart Evans, OF, 2022
UNC-Wilmington commit. Strength and quickness present in 6-foot-1, 180-pound frame. Barrel stays inside the ball making hard contact through the middle and the opposite field gap. Hands are quick and strong. Barrel stays through the zone with some lift to the swing path. Bat speed topped at 82.10 mph on the Blast sensors. Has arm strength from the outfield reaching 91 mph.
Carlos Elian Martinez, OF, 2022
Lanky, athletic frame with projection ahead at 6-foot-1, 180-pounds. Balanced swing with quick hands from the left side of the plate. Short path to the ball with his barrel staying through the zone. Made hard contact to his pull side while flashing feel to line the ball to the opposite field gap. Arm topped at 89 mph from the outfield.
Caleb Freeman, RHP/OF, 2021
UNC-Greensboro commit. Physical presence at 6-foot-5, 220-pounds. Plenty of hard contact during BP with multiple exit velocities recorded over 100 mph. Hands are loose with strength and quickness. Barrel is mostly flat through the zone with his bat speed topping at 79.10 mph on the Blast sensors.
TJ Wachter, OF/1B, 2021
Fordham commit. 6-foot-7, 240-pound frame catches the eye. Drove balls to center and left center during BP. Has leverage with some lift to the swing path getting extension out front. Lots of ball off the barrel with several exit velocities recorded over 100 mph by Trackman.
Jay Pichardo, OF, 2022
Strong, athletic build at 5-foot-10, 185-pounds. Balanced swing with his barrel working short to the ball and staying through the zone. Lined balls through the middle during BP. Bat speed topped at 79 mph on the Blast sensors. Arm has quickness from the outfield topping at 91 mph.
