Season Outlook
 The Helias Crusaders will be in search of their 22nd district title and sixth state title in school history this season.  After nearly qualifying for the Class 4 Final Four in 2017, the Crusaders are talented and experienced and ready to make a run this spring.  Helias will strong defensively up the middle. Senior 2B Parker Schnieders earned All-State honors last season and returns with sophomore, and Missouri commit, Trevor Austin at shortstop.  All-District junior catcher, Austin Fennewald, is committed to Drury and will anchor the defense, while senior RHP Connor McKenna will look to get the majority of the innings on the mound after receiving All-District honors in 2017.  Also watch for senior OF, and All-District player, Alex Buschjost to play a key role in the teams success.  Don't be surprised if the Crusaders claim another district title and compete for the state crown in Class 4.
