The Prep Baseball Report Missouri refund policy is that of a transfer nature (time constraints listed below). Prep Baseball Report Missouri will permit the transfer of your payment, in part, or in whole to another Prep Baseball Report Missouri event that may be used during the current clinic schedule or during the following year of scheduled clinics. Below is a set of standards with regards to when cancellations take place and the amount of payment that may be transferred at your request: 30 Days or More Prior to the Event --- full Transfer to another event (No Refunds available)Under 30 Days Prior to the Event --- need to provide a doctors note/ or have a valid reason that can be proven (No Refunds available)
* Once the clinic has begun no transfers will be granted. All notifications of transfer must be received by Prep Baseball Report Missouri prior to the start of each clinic.
In order to qualify for the transfer value, you must submit an email to [email protected] with "Canceled Clinic for NAME OF PLAYER at LOCATION OF EVENT" in the subject line no later than 7 days after the start of the clinic. No transfer value requests will be accepted after 7 days, no exceptions. You do not have to have your event scheduled for which your transfer value will be put towards but the request must be received within the 7 day time frame. *In the event that an event is canceled by Prep Baseball Report, for any reason, a full refund will be issued for the total cost of the clinic. Unforeseen circumstances including low attendance may lead to cancellation but rest assured you will receive a full refund of the cost of the clinic IF Prep Baseball Report Missouri has to cancel an event. It is understood by all participants that Prep Baseball Report Missouri can not be held liable for other costs incurred if an event is canceled. Prep baseball Report Missouri will make sure all registrants are notified if cancellation has or will take place in order to help prevent other costs from being incurred. Thank you.
